Mean machines from Royal Enfield Rider Mania 2014
Last month, biking enthusiasts from all over India, converged at Vagator, Goa for Royal Enfield’s Rider Mania. At the event, was a bike builder’s competition where the best customizers from across the nation brought their best creations. Here are our favourites from the lot:Bulleteer Custom's Gunner 540
Built for a former-POW, this bike is a tribute to
all those fallen heroes who laid their lives for us. Salute!
Mean Green Customs' Nevermore
Young
gun, twenty-something Aditya likes keeping his bikes as minimalistic as
possible. Weight-shedding and thin lines are a distinguishing factors of his
builds. Here again, he impressed one and all with this sleek new bike.
Jedi Customs' Bobber
Jedi Customs went retro with this one, giving it a
fat fuel tank, white tyre walls and old-school springer suspension.

Bulleteer Custom's Murceilago
No prizes for guessing, why is this bike orange and from where did the inspiration for this bike came from. Being a Lamborghini fan, this is his tribute of the iconic Lamborghini Murceilago. We believe, Sant’Agata might just approve!
R & G Customs' Destiny's Angel
On the
back of their winning creation at IBW 2014 earlier this year, R&G Customs
went all out for this one. Yes, that indeed IS a (tempered) glass fuel tank.
Biker's Point's Karmic Rider
This one was one of the most unusual designs at
Royal Enfield’s Rider Mania. This bike finds a mention here not for its
futuristic design but more for its technology where they pulled off a
spoke-less wheel hub.
Black Bow
No,
that’s not an incomplete bike! It’s minimalism on steroids. This concept is a
first-time build of a passionate biker who decided to give physical form to his
dream bike. Even though this bike and practicality doesn’t see eye-to-eye,
we’ll give it two big thumbs up just for its eccentricity.
Easy Rider's Black Wing
This matt-black specimen by Easy Rider is the
quintessential chopper. This single-seater is not just a custom bike, it’s also
a practical one which you can use on a daily basis.
Judi Custom's Ballista
Despite
it not being as wild, it’s Ballista’s retro opulence that would appeal to bike
lovers. Bright green and blue paint job, rims borrowed from a royal
Victorian-era horse carriage and custom leather seat with a stitching to match
the royal throne; this bike’s got its balance just about right.
Road Rage Custom Build's Squadron
If Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character in Terminator 2 were a bike, it would’ve been this one. Matt black finish on this bike perfectly brings out its edge-y lines and don’t-mess-with-me character.
